Henry did an excellent job getting my mini-split cleaned up and working like new. It had been making funny sounds, dripping water, and dropping weird dirt clumps. He was extremely efficient in the cleaning job, checked the drain line (it was okay), and seriously made the unit look like new. He also kept the mess contained that was coming out of the unit while he cleaned it. I'm super happy with the work that was done. 10 out of 10!

On Saturday night, our A/C just stopped working. I called Poulin after hours and immediately got help. That evening, a lovely man named LJ came out to assess the situation. Even though he couldn't do the repair because a part needed to be ordered, he provided us with two portable A/C units that got us through the rest of the night and all of Sunday. First thing Monday at 7:30, he went to get a new motor for us and had it installed later that morning. My mom and I were so impressed by how quick and professional LJ and Marcus Poulin are. Ricardo is great! He was very careful and thorough. He went through the whole system, and did a very good inspection, showed me a few things and educated me. Installed the new elbow at drain Because it was run into the sand and clogged. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Great communication from the office.
