“After some thorough research on line, I selected Poulin Cooling for my A/C for a number reasons. I just wanted to get a check up on my current older system & to possibly get an estimate for a future replacement. I liked the fact that your company is familiar with smaller split systems, & that my current system is a Rheem which would be replaced with a Ruud ( also a Rheem). Most importantly though was Emily! She was very easy to speak with, was well versed in her knowledge of the products, and she made me feel comfortable without pressure! She is a gem and because she was so genuine....as a Real Estate agent, I will definitely be referring”

“I bought a house with 3 very old AC units. All of them stopped working and we aren't ready yet to replace them all as we are planning a full gut and remodel in the next year or so. Marcus the owner was going over options with us and assured us they could get all three working again as the interim temp solution. I didn’t believe he could get these fossils kicking again.
