Our three plans – Basic, Enhanced, and Ultimate – provide varying levels of service and benefits, including pre-summer and winter maintenance, cleaning, and system checks.

We offer 3 levels of agreements for residential split systems:
One calendar year of A/C maintenance as follows:
- Before summer, perform a cleaning and maintenance on system. Clean out condenser coil and drain line. Test operation of system and adjust air flow if dampers are installed.
- In the fall, perform winter maintenance. Clean electric heater, clean drain line, and check operation of system.
One calendar year of A/C maintenance as follows:
- Before June, perform a cleaning and maintenance on system. Clean out condensate pan, evaporator coil, condenser coil and drain line. Test operation of system and adjust air flow if dampers are installed.
- In November or December, perform winter maintenance. Clean electric heater, clean drain line, and check operation of system.
One calendar year of A/C maintenance as follows:
- Before June, perform a deep cleaning and maintenance on system. Clean out air handler, condensate pan, evaporator coil, condenser coil and drain line. Adjust refrigerant up to 2 lbs. Install locking caps. Change air filters on system. Test operation of system and adjust air flow if dampers are installed.
- In November or December, perform winter maintenance. Clean electric heater, clean drain line, and check operation of system. Change air filters on system.
